Discussing Design: A Podcast

This past summer, I had the opportunity to speak with Alessio Ferracuti from the podcast series: Users First — A UX Design Podcast. Our conversation flowed from discussing what it means to be a Creative Director, talking Service Design and Climate Change.

We covered a number of topics, focusing on Creative Direction, the role of the Creative Director, working with a team of designers and the work itself; how to structure it and apply best practices for web design. We also touched upon Service Design, explaining what it is and where a website redesign sits within Service Design.

This podcast is for both new and senior designers. If you’re new, you’ll gain knowledge into the design discipline and if you’re further in your career, my hope is that you’ll gain additional insight into the craft.
