Talking Design

At the beginning of this year, I sat down with with Gary David and Adam Gamwell, Ph.D. from the Experience by Design podcast to discuss all things design. We tackled questions such as: How do we focus on the human perspective and yet balance the need to create experiences that are good for people and business? The conversation was effortless and we got there by discussing everything from running track to service design and why the human perspective matters. And if you listen closely, you just might hear my cat giving his opinion on the matter. ;)
